Professional Services - RFID Engineer

Job Description

MyRF Tag's RFID Engineer is a key technical contributor on the installation, implementation and integration of MyRF Tag's RFID solutions. The Engineer is responsible for successfully deploying and supporting MyRF Tag's RFID solutions at customers' sites beginning with pilots or proof of concepts through all phases of deployment to post-installation technical support.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands on experience as a Technical Support/Field/Application Engineer including enterprise hardware, middleware & software installations
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • RF
    • RFID
    • Wireless LAN
  • Hands on experience installing, configuration and testing software and hardware.
  • Experience in Location systems - General TDOA and/or RSSI is an advantage
  • Consulting experience a plus.

Attributes:

  • Ability to interact with customers to identify requirements and implement the solution to meet their requirements.
  • Ability to technically troubleshoot software, middleware and hardware to isolate a problem and resolve it.
  • Team player with good communication skills, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Marketing - Marketing Manager

An experienced and talented marketing manager, responsible for maintaining MyRF Tag's position as the market leader in the enterprise visibility solutions and Wireless RFID industry. Position scope includes overseeing the company's marketing strategy and overseeing the company's marketing policies and initiatives. Includes analyzing the market potential, sales tools development, definition of go-to-market strategies and overall responsibility of marketing communications, analysts and media relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's marketing strategy and analyze the market potential and profitability
  • Ensure articulation of MyRF Tag's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external
  • Overall responsibility of global public relations marketing plan and media relations. Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
  • Overall responsibility of analyst relations
  • Set direction and goals for marketing communications programs including advertising, campaigns, newsletters, Webinars, Website management and awards
  • Conduct market research and develop marketing plans for company's products and services. Review changes to the marketplace and competitive landscape and adjust marketing plan accordingly
  • Collateral and sales tools development (data sheets, white papers, application notes)
  • Trade show programs - manage events, conferences, partner events, speaking engagements
  • Develop and execute partner and channel marketing programs. Own marketing relationships with key partners

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
  • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, presenting and negotiating with media
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to be effective and achieve goals in an independent work environment
  • Familiarity and experience with Wireless LAN , RFID, location tracking technologies is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success

Sales - Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Your responsibility is to represent MyRF Tag in the sale of our RFID solutions which includes Software, Hardware and Professional Services. MyRF Tag offers a total comprehensive RFID solution for healthcare industry. Your target customer base includes all Private Hospitals in Malaysia.

We are looking for an individual to manage all aspects of the direct sales process including demand creation, proposal development, opportunity forecasting, pricing negotiations and closing deals. Utilize sales skills and company resources to meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of "qualified prospects" and following up with MyRF Tag generated leads.
  • Perform on-site presentations and product demonstrations at customer site.
  • Formulate business case & Return of Investment (ROI) justification for customers.
  • Work with MyRF Tag's Partners and Vendors to create sales promotions, drive revenues from new applications and uses of the product suite.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing the sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly activity forecasts and reports for management use and to predict revenue.
  • Leverage Executive and Technical Support staff to close deals.

Required Skills:

  • You must have the ability to identify and capture new business opportunities as well as draw on your existing set of relationships with customers within the healthcare industry in Malaysia.
  • Must have good contacts within private hospitals and their respective IT consultants in Malaysia.
  • Must have good skills in selling system based solution.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are necessary.
  • Mature self starter, able to work in a competitive environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment and partner with others to create solutions for MyRF Tag customers.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of successful experience selling software and hardware systems and solutions worth above USD 2M annually.
  • Good knowledge in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and/or location tracking solutions strongly desired.
  • Must have a strong background in solution selling, presenting total cost of ownership and return on investment proposals.
  • Must have a recent and successful track record of closing large, high dollar enterprise projects.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding assigned revenue objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience required.
